We are currently experiencing service disruptions due to an incident with our infrastructure provider, Heroku. They have acknowledged the issue, which you can track at https://status.heroku.com/incidents/2822.
Basic reporting functionality on our website has been restored. However, other features such as automatic reporting and budget tracking are still affected. We are monitoring the situation closely and will provide updates as they become available.
