We confirm the resolution of a service interruption that was entirely attributable to a service degradation experienced by our primary upstream data provider. This external service degradation impacted our scheduled background processing jobs, including automatic reports, data fetches, and pipeline synchronizations. The incident began on October 20, 2025, at 08:43 UTC and was fully resolved on October 21, 2025, at 04:13 UTC, lasting 19 hours and 30 minutes. Crucially, all core application functionalities remained fully operational throughout this period. Following the restoration of service by our provider, our operations team successfully triggered and completed all delayed jobs, and a full data integrity check confirmed that no data was lost or corrupted during the event.
