We are currently experiencing service disruptions due to an incident with our infrastructure provider, Heroku. They have acknowledged the issue, which you can track at https://status.heroku.com/incidents/2912.

features such as automatic reporting and budget tracking are affected. We are monitoring the situation closely and will provide updates as they become available.
