What happened?
Facebook Insights deprecated several key metrics, and starting on September 16th, their API began returning errors whenever any of these deprecated metrics were included in queries. As a result, some scheduled reports failed to generate, causing disruptions in data reporting.

What did we do?
We identified and removed the deprecated metrics from all affected widgets to prevent further errors. Additionally, we manually re-triggered the failed report schedules to ensure data delivery and restore normal functionality.

The full list of affected dimensions and metrics is available in our support article: https://support.reportgarden.com/en/articles/9948074-facebook-page-insights-metrics-latest-changes-october-2024. These deprecated metrics will no longer return any data in reports or dashboards, and we've updated all existing widgets to remove them accordingly.
